Fashion Trends for Summer/Spring 2008

As a rule, spring optimism first is shown at the fashion reviews and later the vitality of the season provokes us from shop windows. This year the accents are in the sunny yellow-orange gamma and in the golden-silver additions to the exquisite white.

The patterns with large, bright geometric and floral motives are a flashback of the 70s. The spirit of the hippie culture comes back in the delicate long Oriental robes but this year there are less shiny ornaments.

Bags are still colorful and fortunately – kind of big. Because it is true that today’s business woman does not find comfortable the miniature pieces of artwork that can accommodate nothing more but a mobile, keys and a lipstick.

Yellow and green advance quickly into men’s fashion lines. So, gentlemen, or at least their appearance, are all but boring. In the hot summer days sandals are allowed – but, of course, not with white toweling socks.

Fashion Spring/Summer 2008 promises a lot of cheerful mood on the streets and in the offices, colorful elegancy and joyful challenges.
